- 28,867 sf of 60 mil Gray TPO fully adhered over flat stock polyiso and tapered polyiso.
14,400 sf 24 ga steel onsite roll formed standing seam metal roof retrofit which involved
installing the new metal roof over the existing metal roof. 18 ga steel roof hugger sub
purlins were installed horizontally across the existing metal roof system. The new metal
roof panels were fastened to the roof hugger system.
